Förra fredagen var vi på bokreleasen av Dance Your Mind Up, där några av våra medlemmar har medverkat i projektet sedan 2023 som nu har blivit till en fantastisk bok! 📖

Boken är en samling av röster om psykisk hälsa och dansens betydelse i ungas liv. #danceyourmindup är en plattform där ungdomar i Halland delar sina upplevelser av hur dansen påverkar deras psykiska hälsa och vad den verkligen betyder för dem. ❤️

Vi vill lyfta vikten av att prata om psykisk hälsa och hylla dansens kraft som uttrycksform, gemenskap och läkande energi. 🕺✨

Vi jammade tillsammans med @dansstudion_hstd, körde workshops, uppvisning och freestyle samt passade också på att rekrytera unga till vår nystartade verksamhet junior crew - The Unrivaled Next Gen! 🌟

🚀 Resultatet blev fantastiskt – massor av anmälningar och vi ser verkligen fram emot att dra igång junior crewet nu i höst 🍂.
